Stage 5 During Swim England Learn to Swim Stage 5, swimmers will develop their skills in treading water, learn the correct arm pulls for all four strokes and learn how to do handstands and somersaults. Learn to Swim Stage 5 is part of the core Swim England Learn to Swim Stage 1-7 Awards. This means they will develop their technique and perform all strokes to the Swim England Expected Standards as well as working towards being able to swim 25m on their front and back. Our Improvers Ballet class takes technique to the next level, introducing combinations and refining basic ballet steps while introducing new movements. With a focus on technique, musicality, and expressive movement, students will prepare for RAD Grade 1 Prep. This class helps dancers develop greater strength, flexibility, and artistry, setting the stage for more advanced training.

Our sessions for years 3-4 will still have a big emphasis on the development of FUNdamental Movement Skills, however sessions begin to follow a weekly syllabus that builds on developing general techniques required in football and ensures players learn a variety of specific aspects of the sport, this includes, shooting, passing, dribbling, running with the ball, turning and defending.
